Private House with Stunning Views

Remodelling of a private house on a steep site with stunning views over both Newton and Noss Creeks.

With road access at the top of the site, the first one could see of the original house, built in the 1970s, was its double garage. The front door was partially concealed as it was one storey lower.

The remodelling maintained the garage but introduced a welcoming new main entrance, just below road level, leading to a very spacious living / dining area on the middle level which enjoys a wide balcony with great views.

In the process, a new master bedroom suite was added on the topmost floor, enjoying the same views from a balcony recessed into the roofscape. The remaining bedrooms, as well as access to the garden, are on the lower level, again facing the two creeks.
